West Eleven is pleased to welcome Annika Prince as Development Manager. Annika is an experienced Development Manager, bringing seven years’ practice at Deloitte Real Estate, including a two-year placement in the Middle East and a long-term secondment with Transport for London’s (TfL) property development team, where she worked on the feasibility and delivery strategy for a major mixed-use scheme in Central London.

Annika will be involved at all stages of the development lifecycle from site acquisition through to marketing and sales. She will work client side and fulfil a multi-disciplinary role including working with some of the industry’s best design professionals to deliver bespoke developments, managing the commercial aspects and project financing, and overseeing programme and budget.

Commenting on her appointment, Annika says: “West Eleven differentiates itself from the rest of the market by really understanding the local dynamics, history, and communities around each site and creating distinctive and unique developments for modern living. It was important to me that I could be proud of the developments we deliver and make a really positive impact on places.

“It’s a really exciting time to join, with two iconic projects due to start on site in the coming weeks. Will has done a superb job building the company profile through successful projects like Bakery Place, and I’m confident the company and our portfolio will continue to grow.

“As well as managing the operational aspects and commerciality of our current projects, I will also be evaluating new opportunities in terms of viability and fit with the overall West Eleven brand and ethos, including a potential project in Cornwall.

“I love Will’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for property development and look forward to learning lots and working closely with him at West Eleven.”
