Bakery Place, Battersea

Multi-award-winning redevelopment of a Victorian Bakery located in the vibrant heart of Battersea.

Apartment No.6 living dining area

Collaboration with Jo Cowen Architects and Amelia McNeil Interior Design, Bakery Place was a unique development opportunity in the heart of Battersea. A former Victorian Bakery set in a private, gated mews, the enormous potential for this sensational building was immediately obvious.

The 11,500sqft bakery was transformed into four mews houses, seven apartments and a penthouse with far-reaching views across London from its private roof terrace.

The unbeatable location — close to the green spaces of Clapham Common and minutes from well-connected Clapham Junction — meant widespread appeal for buyers looking for a quick commute to the city and central London or the ideal pied-à-terre.
